ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
The Louis Berger Group, one of the world's leading international development consulting firms, is seeking out candidates to fill an Administrative Officer position for one of our ongoing rail projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of Administration Officer will fall: accounting, personnel management and project scheduling, as well as logistics and security arrangements. He will work as a liaison between the client and the field office, which includes getting potential employees approved, arranging to meet and greet visitors and new employees and arranging for suitable housing.

Requirements:
All candidates should have former work experience as an Administration Officer for a comparable construction project. Rail construction site experience and Middle East experience are also a must along with at least 10 years experience with similar donor funded international infrastructure projects.

The position is open for immediate staffing and is intended to last for up to five years.

PROJECT CONTROLS SPECIALIST
The Louis Berger Group, one of the world's leading international development consulting firms, is seeking out candidates to fill a Project Controls Specialist position for one of our ongoing rail projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
  • prepare engineers cost estimates for each works contract
  • prepare works contracts budgets, cost change reporting system, set up cost control procedures
  • prepare monthly cost control reports, monitor changes to approved budgets
  • assist in preparation of works contracts schedules in primavera P3 format
  • assist in preparation of works contract tender documents regarding cost and reporting requirements
Requirements:
  • 15+ years experience in maintaining cost control for construction of large civil projects
  • experienced estimator or quantity surveyor, knowledgeable of unit rates for various materials
  • familiar with civil engineering standard method of measurement (CESMM) and measurement practices
  • contract expected to last 2 years
