PRODUCTION SOFTWARE

• Adobe Acrobat 5

Please list fonts used and EPS files supplied with document. If not supplying fonts, please convert to outline.

PDFs and Acrobat files MUST be made using IRJ's Distiller Settings. Please email Jenny Hearle, IRJ's Production Manager, for details.

GRAPHICS

Please ensure that:

• all graphics used have been supplied

• all graphics have been converted to CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yelo, Black, not Red, Green, Blue), and

• all photographs have been scanned at high resolution (minimum 300 dpi)

COMPRESSION SOFTWARE

Please list any compression software that has been used.

PROOF AND CONTACT DETAILS

A proof must also be supplied to show how the advertisement should appear. Please fax your printed proof to Jenny Hearle, IRJ Production Manager, on: +44 1326 211576.
